A blast from the past.. 1st time we were in Peru with the Army in the VRAEM. After a few of us decided to summit Machu Picchu. Here are the last ones left in Cusco. Great memories. Next mission is Cambodia this December 2024!

MISSION CAMBODIA: DECEMBER 2024; will be deploying to Cambodia 80km north of Siem Reap and also a second location utilizing a “Floating Clinic with TLC Foundation”. We have secured locations, permissions, and licensing for our team. Our clinic and education program will focus on Quick Care, OBGYN, Ultrasound, Dentistry, and Midwifery. This is a handpicked specialized team as usual which will be build on the needs of the communities. We will also be helping with the UN WASH Program, and bringing Solar Lights from our sponsors at … Logistics will be complex, and this location of over 3,000 indigenous has NEVER had the opportunity to western medicine and we will be the First non-Cambodian practitioners to work here which is exciting. Lastly, we will also be utilizing our Shadow Program and select 2-3 students to join us. Stay tuned for more information to come. “In order to be involved, you must first show up”.

Some highlights of this amazing advance in Cambodia where we’ve secured several new clinics for a mission we will start to organize for December.

Amazing meetings that lead to local agreements north of Siem Reap at a village clinic responsible for over 3,000 people who have NEVER has had a volunteer medical team. Again, is constantly pushing boundaries and reaching those locations that are neglected and hard to reach. Our second meeting was also a success with a floating clinic that services thousands as well… “In order to be involved, you must first show up”

I have surrounded myself with unbelievable friends and family who also shares the passion of the mission. Thank you .jp who is a board member for the amazing gift. It’s American made and the attention to detail, the waves of the flag cut into the wood, and craftsmanship are second to none! Amazing!!!

Today I spent half my day at in Jerusalem. I met the senior staff of most of the units and sat with the head professor of the university. I was able to donate (3) Digital Laryngascopes to them which they will use in their ER department and also Code units. This will help them gain hard airways quickly to save lives. Also, I’ve been asked to return and lecture at the medical school once it resumes after the war.

Happy Thanksgiving from Unit 669 to you, our 🇺🇸 supporters.

We're grateful for our incredible community, for our Unit 669 Heroes, our generous donors, and supporters who have made it possible for us to send life-saving equipment to Israel. Let us never take for granted the security our soldiers provide, their courage and dedication in the face of adversity – it's a priceless gift of freedom and safety.

As Giving Tuesday approaches, let's join together to support and honor those we've lost in the ongoing Iron Swords War. In memory of Sergeant Tamir Barak, who gave his life in Gaza, we've named our Life Saving Kit project 'The Tamir Project.'

Now that ultrasounds are portable, lightweight and cheap, there’s no excuse not to have one in your medical kit!

The butterfly IQ is a great device for general US and affordable for most organisations. They kindly sponsor us at the to give us diagnostics in the most remote environments.

Everyone of us remembers exactly where we were on 9-11. Let’s not forget those who stepped up to fight against this attack, joined new agencies and signed up for the military knowing they would be deployed. America over the past few years has forgotten, but we need to remind them again that this is the best country in the world! It was on this date that everyone came together! #911

has been a solid sponsor since 2017; they are an amazing product and company. We not only use these for the team, but we donate them on their behalf to the villagers who lack electricity ⚡️. They are a MUST in the wilderness! We missed you on this mission 😢

Incredibly lucky to work with the amazing again and the fantastic clinicians on the team!

Providing medical clinics in the Guatemalan jungle with the most incredible team was a humbling experience to say the least. The Mayan communities that we met were so welcoming and friendly! Still missing the fresh coconuts that we regularly got offered during some very hot and humid clinics by the locals 🥥

“The last Supper” with Team Gautemala 2023! An amazing team, mission, support, and proud to be able to continue to help those less fortune. “In order to be involved, you must first show up”! In loving memory to our fallen member

Border crossing especially by vehicle can be a bit frustrating with big lines and one window open. Took us 2 hrs to get into Honduras and literally 1 min to get out of Guatemala. 3 hours to go to San Pedro Sula and tomorrow this worldly team departs home to six different locations. Doing good stuff in tough places for sure.

08/22/2023

All packed up and ready to depart Guatemala 🇬🇹 after another successful mission! After 1 day of training, and 4 days of clinic; averaging more 100-120 medical patients per day plus dental 🦷 at 20 patients per day with 30 extractions. We’re very proud of our volunteer team who traveled all over the globe to help those less fortune in weather that included 90 degrees, 90% humidity, torrential rain storms daily, long boat rides, hours of trekking, and attacked by every mosquito known to man! This is, and remains the most extreme medical foundation on the planet 🌎. “Changing lives, one village at a time”.

Heading out for day 4 of clinic for the indigenous mayan community. We are here during the middle of an election, so logistics had to be modified, however, everything is getting slotted as planned.

08/19/2023

On our way to Day 3 of Dental, Medical, OBGYN, and Ultrasound clinics with the indigenous Mayans outside of Livingston, Guatemala. It’s quite hot 🥵 at 90%, 90% humidity and spurts of terrestrial rainfalls.
