I met up with Courtney & Dante (and Courtney’s dress - a paid actor) for their engagement sesh at Valley of Fire a little while back. I had a feeling we were going to be instant friends, and meeting them in person and getting to explore together was just the best. It has me so so so very excited to get to hang with them again for their wedding in September!

Also - rediscovered this song today and now it’s on repeat for the foreseeable future 💫

So stoked to announce that we are now permit holders for Valley of Fire State Park elopement ceremonies!

Sam & Ray were my very first clients to book a ceremony with me, and they chose Seven Sisters for their sunrise elopement. So so incredibly honored that they trusted me to pull everything together for them! Tala from Peachy Keen officiated such a sweet ceremony. Also - shoutout to Heather and Jess for assisting and suffer-festing at camp with me the night before 🫶 🥵 can’t wait to share more from this one!

10pm in Teton National Park, and the clouds finally cleared out enough to show off the stars! 🌌 We made it back to Vegas late last night, but I had to edit at least one photo. So stoked to share more of our time with Kanan & Blake!

Ended my JTree spring season on a very very excellent note with Emma & Ben this past weekend! We left feeling like a part of the family. Stoked to share more in my stories tomorrow! 🫶

I had the BEST time hiking with these two for their engagement session on Monday. We had bighorn sheep nearby and a killer sunset, with lake views for miles and miles 💖 it has me itching to do more exploring out near Boulder City!

Alyssa & Anna made Vegas look so good on Leap Day ❤️‍🔥 they booked us for 6 hours, which meant that we were able to cover everything from getting ready at the Palazzo, to the ceremony at the Neon Museum, to downtown, to Kamu for cake and karaoke with their families. I love days like this one!

I’m headed to Palm Springs this week for an elopement, and I can’t wait to share! I can’t believe I’m lucky enough to get to work in such rad places with the best people.

This year, in addition to my Vegas weddings, I’ll be shooting in Joshua Tree National Park, Palm Springs, Malibu, Arizona, Chicago, Grand Teton National Park, Atlanta, and Utah! If you are around any of these spots and want to get something scheduled, let me know soon! A little different vibe today, so feel free to keep scrolling, but thanks if you read this. The following slides are a letter to my little brother, on the 20th anniversary of his death. All this love has to go somewhere, so writing him a letter today feels right.

Jumping right into 2024 with hope for a great year to come ✌️

2023 brought lots of challenges, pivoting, reevaluating, mistakes, learning, new friendships, tons of stoke, tons of weddings (52!! Busiest year of my life!), new places, best buds visiting, and so many good sunsets. Kicked off January 1st with a full day in Death Valley, which has become one of my most favorite parks. Feels like home! 🫶 happy new year, yall!

I can’t believe how perfectly this sesh coordinated with our trip to Malibu! Kayla & Josh booked their Vegas wedding with me, and then we figured out that we’d be in California at the same time. Everything aligned beautifully and I’m so stoked I got to hang out with them before their wedding 💕 Also, my sweet future sister-in-law Stephanie got to assist (and was a huge help - would definitely hire her again 😘)

Aiesha & Josh came all the way from the UK to elope at , and we had such a blast (even in 115° heat, they were such good sports hanging out downtown with us)! Aubrey assisted on this one, so a special shout-out to him for carrying all the stuff and making sure we all hydrated 🫠, as well as for letting us hang out and shoot inside for a few minutes. This Barbie is about to be my sister-in-law! 🥹💖 I had so much fun getting to do this engagement sesh for Stephanie and Donovan in Malibu this week. So stoked that it worked out for us to be able to fit these in on our family vacation!
I can’t wait to get to stand by them as a bridesmaid in March!!

While I was in GA last week, I got to squeeze in Bandhvi & Erik’s engagement sesh in the mountains! We had the falls all to ourselves on a moody Thursday morning 😍

If you’ve ever asked yourself, “Hmm. I wonder if Lauren is ever not thinking of that session in Joshua Tree?” the answer is no! Absolutely not! I will never not NOT be thinking of it! I live here in my mind now.

Sarah & Mark had such a chic little wedding on the patio of Brezza at Resorts World, and we even had a few minutes for photos downtown beforehand ✨ Mark’s dad officiated, and it was such a sweet ceremony. I love these intimate weddings so much!

Alex & Romain had the quintessential fun Vegas wedding (complete with an Elvis ceremony, drinks at the Cosmopolitan, and portraits downtown)✨ we loved getting to show them some of our fave spots! They’re just as sweet as they are gorgeous, and we had the best time hanging out ❤️

A few weeks ago, I got to head out to Valley of Fire to shoot this totally ridiculous beauty of a wedding for ! Such an honor and so much fun. Thank you for trusting me with your clients, Heather!
