Halloween is here! Let's remember that fear is not just reserved for spooky creatures and ghosts. For many immigrants, the fear of deportation is a real-life horror story that they face every day. They may feel like ghosts, invisible and unseen, but those around them feel their presence. Let's work towards creating a world where no one has to live in fear and where everyone can celebrate the spooky season without any real-life horrors. Happy Halloween to all!

Venezuelans in Nevada cheer TPS extension, acknowledge it’s an incomplete fix - The Nevada Independent A Pew Research report published last month found that between 2010 and 2021, the Venezuelan population in the U.S. increased by 169 percent, making it the fastest-growing group among Hispanic immigrants.

Hispanic Heritage Month is an opportunity to celebrate and honor the Latiné diaspora!

Our unauthorized practice of immigration law community panel is live now!!

✨ Northern Nevada✨ We are hosting a free community panel event TONIGHT at 5:30p at (St. Therese of the Little Flower Catholic Church) 875 E. Plumb Lane Reno, NV 89502 to discuss how to find reputable immigration legal services, and to answer any questions folks may have around different types of services, providers, and how to report unauthorized practice of immigration law.

The Secretary of State, Cisco Aguilar, along with some of the Nevada Secretary of State team will be joining us as well.
