Can a Seller require buyers to be vaccinated? 💉

The simple answer?

Yes, as the property owner, the seller can make that requirement.

Of course, as is true with everything related to this pandemic, this answer to this question is anything but simple.

For sellers, vaccine requirement could make the selling process a little more tricky by requesting proof of vaccination from buyers, their agents, inspectors & appraisers. Just something to consider 🤔

SELLER TIP: WHAT NOT TO FIX 🛠WHEN SELLING YOUR HOME?

1️⃣ Cosmetic Damage:
Minor things like peeling paint, scratches on walls may not need to be repaired. Depending on desired price and comparable homes some minor repairs aren’t always necessary in this market + most buyers typically make plans to paint anyway 🤷🏽‍♀️

2️⃣ Avoid renovations that exceed average features of your neighborhood. Some renovations increase value more than others and there’s a ton of inexpensive options that add value. 🤷🏽‍♀️
