In remembrance of Lou, I can't believe you have been gone 5 years.

I thought of you with love today, but that is nothing new.
I thought about you yesterday, and days before that too.
I think of you in silence. I often speak you name.
Now all I have is memories and your picture in a frame.
Your memory is my keepsake, with which I'll never part.
You may not be right next to me but I have you in my heart.

Lou was what made Amber Unicorn Books so good, his massive knowledge of books and friendliness was the backbone of the store. I have many fond memories o out time in the store. Time marches forward and I am having fun selling books on AbeBooks.com but it isn't quite the same without Lou.
