On Friday, April 26th, Lynn Ward gathered with other alumni, friends, and supporters to honor Professor Linda Elrod's imminent retirement. With an illustrious 50-year tenure at Washburn Law School, Professor Elrod has left an indelible mark. “She was a professor when Dale and I were in law school, and she has been a wonderful mentor to me throughout my career,” shared Lynn, reflecting on Professor Elrod's invaluable influence.

Each year the Amicable Divorce Network honors members who excelled as an Amicable Advocate during the calendar year. Amicable Advocates are members who promote low conflict divorce solutions, have worked through difficult family law situations and reached a resolution and prioritize the ideals of the Amicable Divorce Network. Nominations come from fellow Amicable Divorce Network members and the winner is selected by a committee of members.

Today we closed the office, and once again spent time helping out at Three Square Food Bank. We were happy for the chance to be a small part of the effort to alleviate food insecurity in Southern Nevada. It’s an amazing organization, doing great work!

Did you know that today was National Relaxation Day? At KLG we knew it, we celebrated, and we relaxed with chair massages for everyone on our amazingly talented team! All that, and we like each other too!
