Although the new median house price has gone up about $7000 in the last month, that doesn’t mean the market is getting worse! House purchases are slowing down even though more homes are coming on the market, so this just means our housing market will hopefully calm down soon!
So many more houses on the market in $400,000-$750,000 range! 💰💰💰
There are currently more than 1800 listings in Las Vegas & about 1100 of those listings are price decreases, which means you can get into a house with a bit more negotiation power.
