Meet Christophe Atmadijan,
he is our Executive pastry chef for Atelier Dining Group and business partner for our Rosallie Las Vegas location.

Christophe has been a baker for over 43 years, he started his love and passion for baking at the early age of 14 and has traveled all over the world perfecting his craft in numerous elite establishments.

Christophe formed his love of baking by watching and helping his grandmother Sophie bake while he was a child!

Christophe is skilled in all aspects of baking but specializes in danishes and bread 🥐

Christophe says “I’m very excited to see the growth and potential of Atelier Dining, and to be able to share my love, passion and culture through baking!”

Christophe will be training our new year bakers, so be sure to stop by to see all the exciting additions we have for this year

Both locations will also feature a brand new and very refreshing strawberry kiwi refresher; house made lemonade with strawberry kiwi tea

Rosalie has now evolved into Rosallie, with an added 'l,' symbolizing our commitment to expanding horizons. Here's to the enduring success of Rosallie. We extend heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported us and contributed to this achievement. Thank you all so much for celebrating with us! ❤️

CELEBRATING 40 YEARS OF ROSALLIE

Rosallie was founded by Jean Marc & Marité Pluvinet in 1983 in the south of France.

They acquired a beautifully restored farmhouse once owned by a remarkable woman named Rosallie and named it “La Maison de Rosallie” The House of Rosallie, and so the Rosallie story began

Here we are in 2023 celebrating our 40th anniversary

Our Rosallie family would like to invite you & your family to join us to enjoy our famous & delectable almond & chocolate almond croissants on us!
