Struggling to create a cool brunette⁉️
Formulate darker and add clear💥

A level 9 formula isn’t going to cool down your very warm 8 raw lift.

I always formulate a level below my lift and add some clear. This allows for a better cool tone deposit, cancellation at the desired level and then a punch of deposit.

I also do this for my icy blondes❄️
They lift to a 10, but I formulate at a 9 maybe even splash in some 8. Dilute with clear!

Here is used 7P the Demi with a splash of clear. Process 20 min.
