Calling all crafters and makers! We are hosting a Holiday Market at the Galleria 7 on Saturday, December 7th and are currently seeking vendors. It’s a great event and one that we look forward to each year. Please send a message if interested in participating.

Alright, everyone! We’ll be open for business starting this FRIDAY (8/2) AND SATURDAY (8/3) from 11-8 or until we run out of food. We’ll be running a limited menu for the first few days as we continue to prep and bring the team up to speed on serving you in our new and only location at the

We’ll have Texas Twinkies, Brisket, Pulled Pork and BBQ Chicken Sandwiches, as well as a few our classic sides. Online ordering will begin once we’ve had a couple weeks to adjust to the ebbs and flows of service. We can’t wait to see you here!

Pop-up barbecue joint opening year-round spot in Latham Nora and Joe Friedel opened Dotty Lou’s BBQ in the fall of 2022 as a catering and pop-up operation. Now, they’re opening a year-round location in Galleria 7 Market in Latham.
