HopeClub is a wellness community center for anyone whose life has been touched by cancer.
Programs for Patients& Families- members can get help navigating the cancer experience, learn how to deal with the appearance-related side-effects of cancer, rides to treatment can be arranged in addition to a range of other services
Activities for Body & Mind - A variety of classes including Yoga, Zumba,NIA and Core Exercise keep members active both physically and mentally. Support & Networking

Hello HopeClub of the Capital Region community!!! The Tailored Tea donated a lovely 6 person tea set we are raising money and giving YOU a chance to bring this tea set home 🏡 you can grab tickets to support thisnFun(d)raiser until November 21st. It would make a beautiful Holiday gift 🎁 to yourself or a loved one. Tickets 🎟️ are 1 for $5 or 3 for $10!
Come by the Hopeclub and donate in cash, or click on the link in the comments and we will fill out your tickets when you make a donation. And don't forget to warm up with a cup of fresh brewed tea and scones on these chilly autumn days Wednesdays-Sundays at The Tailored Tea!

Today we're passing along an important message 📨 from Alicia, a breast cancer survivor and part of our Reach to Recovery® program.
Alicia found a lump on her breast at age 27 but did not see a doctor for another two years, when she was diagnosed with breast cancer.
Through the American Cancer Society Reach To Recovery® program, she was partnered with a trained volunteer and breast cancer survivor.

Goodmorning and Happy Strides!! Stop by our tent in Washington park for raffle baskets, face painting, pumpkin painting, Zippys, chair massage, bracelets, and much more!! We can’t wait to see you!!! 🩷
From dinner to dessert our kitchen was busy … first we had our 🥘 cooking thru cancer - cooking class … led by Alb Med Medical Student, Kiersten & registered dietician, Morgan …. A protein rich comfort food meal was enjoyed by all !!
… then we were joined by Life.Church Albany LIFE F.R.I.E.N.D.S volunteers and they baked pink cupcakes, 🧁… painted Hope Rocks 🪨 and added fall decorations & mums throughout HopeClub … so many laughs, stories shared and full tummies
Our 6pm Recurrence group will be virtual tonight. Hope to see you there!
