Job Description
MonnotConstruction, LLC specializes in residential Additions, Kitchen, Baths, Decks, Roofing, New Construction, Etc. We are currently looking to hire a construction/home improvement salesperson. We are looking to hire a candidate that has experience in the construction industry.

Requirements include:

-Prefer experienced in the construction and home improvement industry.

-Sales presentation skills.

-Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the home improvement and construction industry.

-Consultative selling skills.

-Must be a self-starter, have a strong sense of ambition and have self-motivation.

-Ability to safely climb a ladder and walk a roof.

-Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

-Ability to communicate well with customers & insurance adjusters on a professional level.

-Ability to consult with customers regarding roof repairs and replacements.

-Ability to estimate the job and present the estimate to the customer while on site.

Job Type: Full-time

Required: Residential Construction Sales.
Valid Drivers License
