✨ Are you ready for our next Networking Night Out? We sure are! While we wait I am introducing you to some very important people helping to make this event possible.

First, meet Yacey Young, the owner of Young Spine & Joint, located inside Kondition Haus. Yacey is a chiropractor that specializes in adjustments, otherwise known as joint manipulation and mobilization. She also specializes in dry needling and movement rehabilitation exercises. This eclectic treatment style is extremely helpful in treating people of all ages, from children to great grandparents. "I love celebrating even the smallest victories! Decreasing your pain from a 8 out of 10 to a 6 out of 10, increasing your mobility by 10%, or adding 5 more pounds of weight on the bar means improvements are happening and we are headed in the right direction." Two huge parts of Yacey's success are flexibility in her treatment schedule and being a cash practice. She often sees patients in the evenings and on the weekends. Being a cash practice means she is not in network with insurance companies. This allows her to treat her patients without coverage limitations. Being able to choose the best treatment method for each individual patient, has on average led to fewer office visits. Yacey says, "I am looking forward to getting to know more small business owners and elevating women led businesses."

Next, meet Katie Moshier, the owner of Shall We Dance Ks. Katie specializes in Social Ballroom and Swing Dance which includes Wedding Dance Choreography and adult dance classes. "I came about this style of teaching while chillin in a coffee shop reading a local magazine. I found an advertisement to learn how to teach Ballroom dance… Boom! The rest is history!" Alongside her dance foundation based off Jazz, Tap and Ballet, Ballroom was a lovely addition. Best part, its an all inclusive style of dance, anyone can get in on this! You can create your own classes with your friends, family, co-workers, etc where your input is always welcome! If you can walk, you most certainly can dance! Katie adds, "With this event, I look forward to sharing my ultimate passion & to meet all the other Bad Ass Boss ladies Lawrence Kansas is so fortunate to have in its community!"

Finally this week, meet Tracey English Fitness: Aspire 4 More, a personal trainer offering one on one sessions, small group sessions and Boot Camps. The next Boot Camp starts April 2 and will run for eight weeks. When Tracey is not training at Kondition Haus, she trains in her home gym. Her focus is working with busy women who are trying to incorporate exercise into their everyday lives with her goal being to make it accessible for all and work to ensure that women feel a sense of accomplishment every time they meet. Tracey started her business by training women in their homes, by bringing all equipment and traveling to them. "Most of the clients I had when I began were all women I knew before when I was working at a local women’s fitness facility. These women really helped me grow in the first year. I am forever grateful to them." The biggest surprise (and the most rewarding aspect of her career) is witnessing women realize that the power is within them and that they can create change without relying on short-term and often unsuccessful “tricks.” "The health professionals at Kondition Haus have such a passion for helping women and I look forward to sharing that passion with new people who are also committed to feeling good about themselves from the inside out. It will be a great opportunity to connect with other great women within the community. And YAY - an in-person event!! 😁"
