PizzaLab will be closed this week due to a planned medical surgery for my son. I know these past few weeks the hours of operation have been rocky, and for that I apologize.

With that being said, the support has been nothing short of extraordinary, which PizzaLab is very grateful for. In addition, the feedback is incredibly humbling, helpful, and priceless.

Yup, the 4th oven came in folks. However, this week we will only be accepting orders on Saturday and closed the rest of the days. Family obligations always come first, and being that PizzaLab is operating as a ghost kitchen with limited resources, we simply won’t compromise our product if the circumstances are not ideal. In this case, we’ll be a little short on staff which can impact the the quality of our pizzas etc., But also have family events to attend. We apologize to everyone that was looking forward to ordering not on Saturday. 🙏🏼
