We are touched and honored by the Plasman MVP ambassador program from Lawrenceburg Manufacturing and Global Headquarters for their recent donation of over 75 essential items, including therapeutic games, sensory toys, and paper towels to Kid's Place. These contributions directly support our mission of providing hope, help, and healing to children and families affected by abuse. Plasman Lawrenceburg Manufacturing has been an invaluable community partner for over three years, and earlier this year, they were recognized with the Kid’s Place Hero Award at our annual Gala. This honor reflects the tremendous impact their support has had on our programs and resources, helping us in our ongoing fight against child abuse. Their commitment to our cause strengthens the fabric of our community, and we are profoundly thankful for their continued dedication to making a difference in the lives of the children and families we serve.

We are deeply saddened to hear of the tragic passing of Deputy Cutcher. We are sending our thoughts, love, and prayers to our friends at the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office and his family.

It’s with heavy hearts and deepest sympathies that we announce the sudden passing of Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputy Anthony Cutcher. Earlier today, Deputy Cutcher was involved in a motor vehicle accident in Lawrenceburg TN, ultimately resulting in his passing. The Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office is asking for prayers for friends and family during this difficult time.

This past Saturday, NATRA presented us with this awesome donation! Thank you NATRA for your continued support of Kid’s Place!!

We were proud to be at the US Capitol this week at Leadership Conference with a group of 24 from Child Advocacy Centers across Tennessee. We were able to meet with our Senators and Congressmen to talk about issues in our state relating to victims of crime. It’s important to talk about what matters and makes a difference in our commmunities.

Today marks the 16th anniversary of the Our Kids location at Kid's Place/ A Child Advocacy Center serving Lawrence, Giles, Wayne, and Maury counties in Southern Middle Tennessee. 🚀

Since 2008, this clinic has been a lifeline for children and families facing the unthinkable. Offering compassionate medical evaluations when concerns about child sexual abuse arise, it's been a safe haven for healing.

🌟 Here's to the dedicated team who've made it all possible and to the countless lives touched by their compassion and expertise. Together, we're building a safer, brighter future for our children. 💙

We are so excited to share this new addition to our Giles County Satellite Office! Giles County Leadership provided a Kid’s Place Sign at our Giles Satellite location, Abernathy Youth Center for their project. This will allow clients to know where we are located in the community. We are so thankful to have been chosen as the recipient of Giles County Leadership project. They also showed off the new sign by hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony. We are so thankful for you and all the hard work that went into this project! ♥️

We have been overwhelmed with the generosity of our communities in the months of April and May! Here is just a few we were able to snap a picture of.

LPS Beta Club Collection- collected supplies for our offices and for us to send home with clients in hygiene or food boxes.

Benefit Ride (Spaghetti Dinner)- Lead by Crystal Francis. Unfortunately the weather was not in favor of the motorcycle ride but thanks to the spaghetti dinner they were able to make a donation to our center.

Loretto Drugs- collected donations for Kid’s Place throughout the month of April
