C.U.R.E stands for Connection, Understanding, Respect, and Empathy. The C.U.R.E. Workshop helps set the tone and mindset to be the most effective in overcoming implicit bias. Practically speaking, it helps build guardrails into DEI conversations, so having effective conversations becomes the norm, celebrating the right thing becomes habitual, and communities are more accountable.
