B*W SPA RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS POLICIES
Any client marked as a no call no show will be charged a $25 fee.
$15 fee for late appointments.
If you need to reschedule ANY appointment under ANY circumstances the rescheduling fee is $20 on top of the regular service Fee. please give us a call at 678-600-7534 or text if you would like to reschedule your appointment but note that this “WILL NOT” wave the fee; we will still have to apply it.
After 2 no call no shows we will officially ban any client from receiving any further service at our Spa.
After 3 consecutive late ⏰ appointments we also reserve the right to ban a client.

we work hard to satisfy our clients however we would love to hear from you at least a 24 hours notice if you’re not coming to your appointment because when you book an appointment with us another client cannot book for that time and we show up to work to serve you so when you do not show up we have to charge a fee.

Starting From now we will not be negotiating any late, rescheduling or cancellations fee. By booking an appointment with B*W SPA you are abiding to these policies.
We recognize the time of our clients and also our staff and we understand that this time is available and we have implemented this policy to ensure you receive the best service possible we appreciate your understanding when you book an appointment with us you are agreeing to these policies.

Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment if they are not also getting a service in extreme circumstances whoever you bring in may need to stay in the car or if we do have space in our reception room they will have to seat there.

We do not allow ANY extra people in ANY of our service rooms unless they are the client who has an appointment.

COVID-19 & SICKNESS/EMERGENCY POLICY:

Please wear a mask and use provided hand sanitizer before entering the spa. Your technician wears a mask as well and constantly washes and sanitizes their hands.
In case you are sick before your appointment; we understand it’s a stressful time and we will be flexible with you we ask you to call us to cancel or reschedule as soon as you can by rescheduling your appointment you are contributing to the health of our staffs and other clients.
we appreciate you for doing so if you are sick, having a sore throat, fever, runny nose or diarrhea (Please contact us to let us know & stay home).
If your appointment has been rescheduled for any type of sickness you will have to wait between 3 to 7 days to receive another appointment. This is for the safety of our staffs and our other clients.

REFUND POLICIES:
Under ANY circumstances we do not provide refunds. However there would be some circumstances where we reserve the right to transfer or give loyalty points or store credit.

TRAINING ACADEMY RESCHEDULING & REFUND POLICY
The deposit paid for any class is Non refundable. Can be transferable to another date or another class provided agreed upon with instructor no later than 1week before class. Rescheduling fee under any circumstance is $100 on top of overall class fee. Not negotiable.
We will provide you with a practice kit to also continuously use at home to master your craft; it is the student responsibility to have the will & drive to do so and not expect the trainer to babysit them into forging practicing habit.
After 3 months of trainee still need extra practice the will need to book for a refresher class or a practice day( Extra Fees will apply)

Trainee is allowed to change the class date only twice provide they paid the $100 rescheduling fee. After two changes a new full deposit will be required. NO EXCEPTIONS.

LIPS/BROWS PERMANENT MAKE UP OR TATTOO SERVICES POLICY
Please note that if you are getting any semi permanent tattoo done including Microblading and shading the state of Georgia requires us to have your identification/Driving License card on file; it’s the Law! So please do not be offended when we request that from you at your visit.

After your initial appointment your technician may not retouch your brows/lips until your next 4/6 weeks touch up appointment to avoid risk of inflammation so be patient.
We will provide you with ALL aftercare info it is your responsibility to follow them.
