Biblical Ministries Worldwide
We exist to serve local churches and their missionaries as they plant healthy churches everywhere
As clean-up continues from the devasting effects of Hurricane Helene and Milton, we want to remind you of our Hurricane Relief Fund. Every dollar donated will go directly to support those working to rebuild their lives after unprecedented flooding and wind damage.
These funds will be disbursed through verified agencies already on the ground and doing great work to meet the physical and emotional needs of those affected.
One focus is providing generators for The Wilds camp in North Carolina.

Exciting Ministry Update from Josh and Heather Dunn
Iglesia Biblica Zacatecas celebrated another anniversary!
God has been so faithful in growing this congregation from 3-4 families meeting in home Bible studies just 10 years ago to over 150 members worshipping and serving the Lord together every week.
The Lord has provided three national elders and a missionary church planter to shepherd the congregation. They are currently planting two new churches in nearby communities.
At Biblical Ministries Worldwide, our mission is to be that light, shining brightly in communities across the globe. Whether it’s a bustling city or a remote village, we are committed to spreading the love of Christ and helping establish healthy churches everywhere.
A recent update from Ukraine
Our partners in Ukraine prepared and distributed over 2,000 meals, but even more significant was the time they spent talking with soldiers and praying with them.
Let's continue to lift these brave men and women in prayer.
Your generosity helps make moments like this possible - thank you for your continued support!
2024 CANADIAN CONFERENCE HIGHLIGHTS
Engaging, edifying, encouraging, and enjoyable are the words that come to mind when pondering the Canadian Conference at Galilean Bible Camp in Blind River, Ontario. All these conference "E" s flow out of relationships.
Brad Young, a fellow Canadian church planter, prayer warrior, and board member, edified us on the topic of "Gospel-Seed Saturation for a Harvest Celebration." Prayer and a few practical panel discussions were generated out of this central theme. This allowed us to explore church partnership concepts in church planting and creative evangelistic ideas.
To unwind, we enjoyed some zany fun, such as a whiffle ball game, canoeing, and basketball. Getting to know our CEO, Andrew Bunnell, and our CFO, Kristen Baker, was a special benefit.
This space is usually all business, but today, during break time, it became the perfect spot for a friendly round of air hockey.
Missionary Highlight- Dan and Mireille Murphy, Portugal
"The Bible tells us that we are to go into all the world and make disciples.
But how do you even begin to make disciples in a new country with a different culture and with people who speak another language that you barely understand? And then, on top of that, we have a burden for the Gypsy community who are very isolated in this country as well.
Years ago, my late father, Tom Murphy, who was a BMW missionary, started to reach out to people by walking our dog in the neighborhood, around 5 pm each day. He would meet other dog walkers, and he would mostly meet the same people on his trek through the neighborhood. Slowly but surely, he befriended two or three of these dog owners and he would invite them for coffee, then lunch, etc.. Eventually, two or three of these dog walkers and their spouses came to know the Savior and they formed the nucleus of a new church.
What this story tells us is to just use the things you are doing to connect to the people around you and be a light.
We started taking pictures of the Roma Gypsies as a way to show kindness and love. The picture-taking has resulted in befriending some of the families and slowly we invited them over for coffee and then lunch or dinner, and now some of these people have become close friends.
We are getting better at speaking Portuguese and are communicating some things about our Savior. When it comes to making disciples, we believe you first need to connect with people and work at establishing redemptive relationships, and the Lord will open up the doors.
A lot of missionaries believe that the goal of being a missionary is to start a church service on Sunday, but actually the real goal, according to the Scriptures, has always been to make disciples. And if you stick to the first goal (make disciples) you will certainly see a church develop."

MINISTRY UPDATE: The Kaltofts
We're excited to share what the Lord has been doing through our NordicHope ministry in Scandinavia this year!
This year has been a remarkable journey for our church family, Aarhus Bible Church. Through the ministry of our publishing house, we've been able to place thousands of gospel tracts and booklets into the hands of lost Scandinavians. We've had the joy of welcoming new believers into our church family and witnessing their first steps of faith and baptisms. And alongside this, we've been equipping our congregation for gospel ministry, watching as ordinary men and women have stepped up, emboldened by their faith to share Christ in their workplaces, schools, and neighborhoods.
We're also thrilled to introduce Oksana from the US, who has joined our ministry team. She is helping with music, children's ministry, discipleship, biblical counseling, and leading our women's Bible study.
As fall begins, we kick off our men's and women's Bible studies. The women will dive into a survey of the Fundamentals of the Faith, while the men will learn what it means to be Christ-like men.
We're grateful for all the ways the Lord is working through our NordicHope ministry and church community here in Scandinavia, and we cherish your continued prayers.
“Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen” (Eph 3:20–21).”
Kevin and Trina Mayfield, our area leaders for Latin America, had the privilege of traveling to Uruguay to attend the 30th anniversary celebration of Iglesia Bíblica en Parque Batlle. They also enjoyed connecting with several BMW missionaries during this special trip!

Our new recording studio is up and running, and it's fantastic to see our BMW missionaries using it to share their incredible stories and missionary updates.
We are excited to see the impact of this space and the stories it will help to tell.
Chris Anderson shares the following highlights from his recent trip to Sweden.
"Europe is a uniquely challenging field, and Scandinavia is among the most difficult fields in Europe. Yet, the wind of the Spirit is blowing in Stockholm, Sweden. Veteran BMW missionaries Joe and Ursula Morell are experiencing a genuine revival.
After 15 years of quiet, often painful perseverance, they are seeing tremendous gospel advances. A congregation of nearly 150 people gathers each week to fellowship, exalt Christ, and study the Scriptures. Sinners are trusting in Jesus, being baptized, and growing in grace. It was my privilege to teach about personal Bible study and expository preaching as the Morells train people for ministry with the hopes of planting other churches in this needy area.
What an exciting example of Gospel advance! Praise the Lord!

We’re excited to share an update from an evangelistic summer camp in Ukraine, organized for the wives and children of fallen soldiers. The camp was a tremendous success, with both kids and adults expressing deep gratitude for the love and support they received.
The organizer shared, “We didn’t expect such positive feedback. The children loved it, and the adults appreciated the spiritual and emotional care. These families have been longing for this kind of connection.”
Thanks to your prayers and support, we look forward to continuing this important ministry to these military families."
Meet Misha, one of our on-campus mobilizers and a junior at Bob Jones University!
We’re thrilled to have him on our team, helping us connect with students on campus. Misha is just one of the many mobilizers we have working at colleges across the U.S. If you’re at Bob Jones and see him around campus, say hello!
Our Chief Global Engagement Officer, Andy Overly, recently had breakfast with Alex Boyle, who, along with his wife Nicole, is one of BMW’s newest missionaries.
We’re excited to welcome them into the BMW family and look forward to seeing how God will use them in the future.
At BMW, we believe in building strong connections in ministry and life.
We are excited to share highlights from John Tyler's recent trip to Australia, where he had the opportunity to connect with many of our BMW missionaries in that region. Here's what he had to say about the trip.
"Friends old and new, established churches and church plants, veteran and newer missionaries were all part of my experiencing a small portion of what God is doing in Australia. The need is great and there is much work to do, but thank God for many Australian pastors and Christians doing Gospel work at home and in the surrounding nations. We feel honored to serve and support their vision."
