Have you experienced our new delivery management software over the last couple weeks? When your delivery leaves the store, you receive a text with a link to track the driver in real time on their way to your location. It has improved our service and customers seem to be loving it!

Almost every year I receive pictures from our Dogwood/Bucks employees at Prom. It makes us so happy that these young people think of themselves as part of a team. They try to be sure to include everyone in the photos, even if they go in different groups.

It is really important to us that we bring in good people to represent the store and serve our customers. That seems to almost always turn out to be young people working their first job. Matt and Trent both started working here at age 15 (1995 and 1998), and it’s always been that way. These teenagers may not stay long, but hopefully the store makes an impact on them at a pivotal point in their lives. We really hope that all of our current and past employees look back fondly on their time here.
