Now that the weather is changing, we're bringing back your favorite Fini's specials! First up, for the month of September, we'll be featuring our Chicken & Bacon Alfredo “Mac ‘n Cheese”

Your favorite comfort food (mac ‘n cheese) with a Fini's twist!
Cavatappi (corkscrew) pasta mixed with our creamy alfredo sauce, shredded chicken breast, and bits of crispy bacon. We then top it with mozzarella, parmesan, and a touch of parsley, and then bake in the oven until the cheese is golden and melty. For an extra special treat, you can customize it by adding other fillings such as spinach, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, or even shrimp!

The new year is almost here, and that means it’s time for the Italian tradition of eating lentil soup! We believe that eating this hearty soup brings prosperity in the new year, and it doesn’t hurt that it’s also delicious!

Just in time for Christmas Eve and the Italian traditional fish feast... our Seafood Fra Diavolo is a beautiful (and slightly spicy) dish packed with clams, shrimp, scallops, mussels, and calamari in a light and chunky tomato, garlic, and white wine sauce. (If you’ve been a follower of Fini’s since way back in our early years, you might remember this favorite dish!)

If served as-is, it's completely low-carb and low-fat, since it's just a menagerie of seafood...but, if you're treating yourself for the holidays, then try adding our handmade tagliatelle pasta to the dish!

You can also tell us if you want it extra spicy (sauteed with extra red pepper flakes), or not spicy at all...the possibilities are endless for this special seafood dish!

Did you know that minestrone soup has long been touted as being a longevity booster? In fact, the longest-living family in history (the Melis family, from Sardinia, Italy), swears that their “trick” to old age is eating minestrone soup everyday!

Now, I don’t know if our soup special will extend your life, but it certainly won’t hurt to try! For this week, come in and enjoy a nice, hot bowl of our homemade “Winter Minestrone Soup.” A mirepoix of celery, onion, and carrots, along with vegetable broth and tomatoes make the base of this delicious vegetable-laden soup. Then, we added white beans and leafy kale, along with ditalini pasta. Topped with shredded parmesan cheese; it’s as healthy as it is delicious!

*This soup is Vegetarian, but can also be made Vegan if you specify “No Parmesan Cheese” when you order!

We jumped on the Little Debbie bandwagon and decided to try out a Christmas Tree Cheesecake!🎄

We just got a 💯 on our health inspection!

If you’ve visited us before, chances are that you’ve seen at least a couple of these smiling faces behind the counter. Felix has been preparing your favorite foods for the past 18 years (in fact, he was our first employee that we ever hired!), and his brother, Andres, has been creating culinary works of art with us for almost as long. My wife and I are getting older now, and we can’t stand on our feet in the kitchen all day—so we are incredibly blessed to have these two young men who can recreate our family recipes when we can’t be there. No one knows their way around the kitchen like Felix and Andres do, and they take cleanliness and food safety to a whole new level. Our score speaks for itself for how spotless our kitchen is.

The other two young men in the picture are a couple of our servers who have also been with us for many years. Just as the cooks keep the kitchen running, Eric and Joel keep the front of the restaurant in tip-top shape so that all of our customers can enjoy their meals in a cozy and clean atmosphere. And the service that they give is notoriously wonderful; almost all of our reviews mention how great the customer service is.

Thank you to our amazing team for their hard work and dedication. Getting a 💯 these days is nearly impossible! We couldn’t do it without them, so be sure to give them a thumbs-up or a pat-on-the-back the next time you see them!

You asked for it, so we’re serving it! This weekend’s special is 🇮🇹 Linguine with Clams 🇮🇹

Briny, sweet clams are tossed with linguine pasta in this classic Italian dish. We add the perfect amount of garlic, white wine, and EVOO to make the delicious sauce taste just like Nonna's. Topped with a dash of red pepper flakes and fresh chopped parsley.
