My daughter was diagnosed with Celiac disease 15 years ago. Navigating a gluten free lifestyle has been a big challenge and after 15 years we continue to learn.
We came to realize quickly that it would be safer and healthier to learn to cook and bake our own food.
Through much trial and error we have perfected our baked goods and have decided to start selling to others who want quality, organic gluten free desserts.
Our baked goods are prepared in a 100% Celiac safe kitchen and home. There is no chance of cross contamination. We have completed all the safety and food handling courses for a cottage license.
