We have a secret we've been dying to share, and the time has come to finally let the cat out of the bag. Picture it . . . Lawrenceville . . . December 2022. David the owner of pays us an unexpected visit at The Gingered Peach. During this visit, David shares with us his plans of retirement and his vision for the continuance of the story of the brand he worked tirelessly to bring to life. This visit came with an ask. Will The Gingered Peach steward Rojo's into its next chapter? It made sense. We've baked for Rojos for nearly 9 years and shared a common love for community and our crafts. We've brewed their coffee here at The Peach. We've collaborated on special projects. This common ground created a mutual connection.

But this was a hard decision for us. We had just committed to opening , which was massive for our team. But the synergy was undeniable and it was tremendous honor for us to even be considered. So we said yes! Today marks the 1 year anniversary of us stepping into David's shoes and learning everything there is to know about the incredible work Rojo's has been doing all these years. The staff and head roaster at Rojo's made it easy. They enthusiastically welcomed us into their space. They shared their challenges. We shared ideas, made mistakes together and learned new things. With a year under our belt it is now time to tell the world and create the future together. As Rojo's moves forward we look forward to changing nothing about how we roast our coffee, because it's just right. Yet, there will be wonderful surprises ahead. Thank you David for this incredible gift, and welcome to the family Team Rojo's!
