The closing of another fantastic show bitter- sweet. Always a joy to see how a show comes together and the actors develop their unique characters. A lot of hours and hard work but well worth it. This time I wasn't on stage but more of the technical side behind the curtain so to speak, always grateful for the privilege and opportunity to learn. 🤘AUDITIONS FOR SCHOOL OF ROCK will be held at Bennett Office Equipment, 705 SW B Ave, Lawton, OK
🔥April 15th at 7:00 p.m.
🔥April 16th at 6:00 pm

🔥Auditioners must prepare a 30-SECOND cut of a pop-rock, or musical theatre song of their choice to sing. Tracks must be provided by the auditioner. DO NOT sing acapella at auditions.
🔥Those auditioning with instruments must prepare 1 MINUTE of a rock song of their choice to play. You must bring your own instrument and amps if they are transportable. If you play an instrument that you cannot transport (e.g., drums), you can record yourself at home and bring the recording to auditions.

Bennett Office Equipment is currently seeking a full-time delivery driver Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm for our Lawton location at 705 SW B Ave.

Position will be responsible for customer order delivery to include office equipment installation and setup. Warehouse organization and cleanup. No CDL is required. Paid holidays.

Individual must have a driver’s license, good driving record, and must be able to pass a background check. Individual must be punctual and must have good customer service skills. Excellent oral communication, time management, some physical requirements, and contribute to building a positive team morale.
Dress code is business casual and must be well-groomed.

• Setting up, installing, and providing routine service and maintenance to scanners, printers, and copiers
• Managing a daily service schedule and car stock of parts/materials through a provided automated system
• Keeping up to date with the latest technologies and practices in the industry

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving history
• Industry experience is preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Time management skills

•Sort and file correspondence and perform miscellaneous clerical duties such as scanning and attaching in software

Qualifications:
•High school diploma/GED
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Bennett Office Equipment is seeking a motivated full time Associate Accounting Specialist to join our team!

•Position Available: Associate Accounting Specialist
•Full time Position: Monday-Friday 8am -5pm

Responsibilities:
•Review billing with customers and explain their invoices
•Receive and record daily deposits from checks, credit cards, and wires
•Sort and file correspondence and perform miscellaneous clerical duties such as answering the phone and scanning and attaching in software
•Operate 10-key calculators, typewriters, and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents

Qualifications:
•High school diploma/GED
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
•Experience with 10-key calculator and either Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable tasks

Our current prices:
$ 50.00 Simple signing couple & 2 witnesses, asking legal question in order to sign (in Lawton & on Fort Sill only). Out of Lawton $ 75.00 and up depending on location.
$ 100.00 Basic wedding ceremony.
$ 200.00 Full wedding ceremony.

In response to COVID-19, a few weeks ago we started putting preventative steps in place by:
• Providing information to help recognize symptoms and prevent the spread
• Asking employees to stay at home if they are ill

Bennett Office Equipment has created a business environment that could be operated anywhere with an internet connection. Weeks ago, we began to execute “social distancing” by separating employees and applying a remote work environment.
As of today, we have decided that ALL employees at ALL locations will not come to our physical locations and will begin working remotely. This will help halt any cross contamination.

Our Administration Team: will work from home and will still have the full capabilities they have in our physical offices. Our customers will still have the ability to call if you have any inquiries about supplies, billing, service calls, and contracts.

Our Sales Team: will still be able to assist remotely. Bennett Office Equipment is asking that they do not go to customers sites at this time, unless it is essential. We are still able to meet with your teams virtually through web and phone meetings.

Our Service Team: is essential to keeping customer equipment functioning. Our service team will be able to process parts remotely from our web based dispatch. Technicians are able to coordinate with management to receive their parts and other needed items. Techs will have hand sanitizers to keep their tools and hands sterilized.
