FSCX, Inc., is seeking qualified individuals to serve as U.S. Navy Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) Instructors. Positions are located at North Island, CA and Kittery, ME.

**Positions are Contingent Upon Contract Award**

Responsibilities

SERE Instructors provide subject matter expertise-based training to students attending the U.S. Navy SERE School in accordance with regulatory requirements and established programs of instruction.

Qualifications

Required:

US Citizen
SECRET clearance
Full spectrum SERE-C graduate with direct experience as a current or previously qualified DoD SERE Instructor at a JPRA certified Level "C" Code of Conduct School.
Have completed the Navy Instructor Training Course (or military service equivalent); Academic credentialing (teacher/professor); or Instructor training via academic institution.
Meet physical fitness requirements specific for the position to include passing urinalysis screening
Must pass a SERE Human Factors Psychological Test
Present a professional and credible image at all times
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: From $77,000.00 per year plus cash benefits

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

As an Integrated MCS instructor your duties include but are not limited to: planning, coordinating and conducting training and related instructional programs; conducting training sessions and assisting in evaluating the effectiveness of training activities; coordinating logistics for instruction events including scheduling classes, reserving classrooms and preparing workstations; maintaining records of training activities, participant progress and program effectiveness; participation in development and establishment of course content and objectives; updating course documentation as needed to ensure timeliness and relevance; maintaining current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned; participating in the development of collective training products as required.

Qualifications:
• Associates Degree
• 2-4 years Relevant experience
• Secret Security Clearance at time of hire
• Basic knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the delivery of training programs
• Basic knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter
• Demonstrated effective presentation and communication

As a LVCG Instructor II your duties include but are not limited to: integrating the Gaming and Virtual training environments and MTC fielded systems and capacity providing relevant formation centric training support for Soldiers, Crews and Small Unit Formations (platoon, section, squad, convoy and patrol); providing gaming-based small event training that is doctrinally current and operationally relevant to the user. Gaming and Virtual Training are run using the Army’s Games for Training program, VBS3 and any potential follow on for Games for Training and related products. Position requires active Secret security clearance.

Great things are happening at FSCX. We are excited to serve the Air Force in two locations simultaneously at Lackland AFB in San Antonio, TX. and at Fairchild AFB in Spokane, WA.

The Army welcomed its newest cannoneers Jan. 30, during a graduation ceremony for C Battery, 1st Battalion, 78th Field Artillery at Fort Sill, Okla.
