Your report will include my findings of any material defects I discover in an easy-to-read format. I will also provide my recommendations for monitoring, repair or replacement. And my job is not finished until you understand everything in your report.

*** Things that separate my inspection apart from other inspections include the use of thermal images using a FLIR E50 infrared camera, carbon monoxide tester, gas detector, infrared thermometer, moisture meter, and a flexible inspection camera. My reports are easy-to-read with written comments and high definition (HD) pictures. I do not utilize check lists or unclear comments within my report. ***
