A year ago, my sweet friends came to me looking to move out of their 3rd story apartment but it just wasn’t the right time.

Fast forward to this year, they’re expecting their 2nd child and carrying 2 babies up 3 floors just wasn’t going to work. When rates come down and inventory goes up… prices are going higher.

In August, my client came to me needing help with finding a home for his family. His landlord was selling the home he had been renting for the last 2 years and they needed to be out by end of Sept.

After showing 13 homes and being beat out on our first offer on another home, we closed on this beautiful home today. I’m so excited to find this sweet family a home. I was able to negotiate $12,000+ towards closing costs plus almost all repairs found on the inspection report AND a seller paid home warranty.
