1. Keep it simple. Your fundamentals are paramount to getting your base as a Martial Artist.

2. Change the levels of your attacks. Never be predictable with what you’re planning to do, if you go for the same area in a fight you’ll get found out quickly.

3. Throw punches in bunches. The more you throw at your opponent and keep them guessing the bigger chance you have to land that shot you’ve been looking for.

It’s always important to strike off any break of a clinch, tie up, or over-under position. Most people drop their guard and will leave slight openings and that’s when you attack.
