REMINDER that those GLUTES you want so bad- are built in a caloric surplus of food, not a deficit.
If youโre aiming to lose weight and build @ the same time, chances are-youโll drive yourself insane.
This is a client of mine who started at 2000 calories per day to now 2600. (No itโs not a lot of food- majority of women typically/unknowingly eat this easy w two โmealsโ per day & a few alcoholic beverages(if they happen to eat out twice in one day). The TYPE of foods is where the magic is when talking internal health and physique goals. This also can be why initially eating healthier can see like too much food for one dayโฆ.but, eating nutritional/Whole Foods may seem like a lot at first, but when your feeding your body the nutrients- youโre giving it what it needs to function and thrive, optimally. Meaning the way you feel day to day also reaps the rewards).
You have ONE body. Start taking care of it a little more.
Ps- 16 lb difference here ๐๐คฏโฆ.
(But since she followed her protocols well, we managed to keep body fat low, strength high while increasing her overall muscle mass!)
& yes she had TWO completely
