This is great news from one of our preferred lenders. The Fed's forecast that it will cut interest rates three times in 2024, up from a previous projection of two times, is already helping with housing affordability. Daily average mortgage rates dropped to 6.82% after the announcement.

We always say don't chase the rates. When the right home comes along, that's your time to buy. You can always re-finance and the winter is a great time for buyers.
