This post highlights a personal passion project for us but is a testament to our versatility and design capabilities.

What was a 30x40 pole barn for storage has now become a detached “bonus room” for our family and our favorite hangout spot.

This transformation included full insulation, plywood walls, copper metal ceiling, significant electrical additions, mini-split HVAC, three new windows, kitchenette installation with plumbing, loft build-out, custom cedar woodwork, metal stair balusters, A/V equipment installation and full surround sound.

We can’t wait to share it with our family and friends. That includes you! If the lights are on, come on in!

So thankful for our wonderful clients that have kept us busy over the last several months! Here is a recent bathroom project.

We are booking now for spring and summer. If you have a project that needs to get done, don’t wait!

Just wrapped up this master bath beauty. We ripped out the separate shower, made room for a double vanity, installed a new tiled shower/tub combo with jetted tub, new flooring, and all new lighting. 😍

We spent a good six weeks with our friends, the Turners, giving them a full home update. We tackled:

—new floors throughout
—new paint throughout
—master bath with new tile shower, tub surround, shiplap wall, and custom vanity
—hall bath with new vanity, shower faucet, and shiplap wall
—shiplap wall in master bedroom
—kitchen cabinetry painting
—wainscoting in kitchen and dining area
—new granite and appliances
—front porch and door refresh with cedar posts, shutters, and craftsman door trim
—new light fixtures throughout
—updated all door k***s and hinges
—new garage door and exterior light fixtures
—new window treatments installed throughout
—trimmed shrubs and a fresh coat of mulch

Did you know that we also provide design assistance? Our design consultant helped with all materials selections of this project and we can do that for you as well!

We love how this project turned out!

Another recent bathroom reno—actually a two in one! We completely overhauled the master bath with a new walk-in shower including an oversized shower faucet with body sprayers, built-in nook, and bench. After new recessed lights, bathroom flooring, custom vanity, mirrors, and lighting, this master bathroom looks like a completely different space!

In the guest bathroom, we spruced it up with a new vanity, mirror, lighting, and flooring.

Our most recent project was such a transformation, that photos alone wouldn’t do! As a result, we took the time to prepare a before and after of the floor plan too.

Project Highlights:
—relocated bedroom entry from living space
—built a wall separating bedroom to bathroom (had to get those vanities out of the bedroom!)
—relocated the tub, shower, vanity, toilet, and closet
—added recessed lights, moved plugs, switches, and air vents
—built custom 6x3 shower with bench
—stained and installed two sliding barn doors
—built custom shelving
