Why and How to Celebrate Disability Pride Month - The Arc Disability Pride Month is celebrated every July and is an opportunity to honor the history, achievements, experiences, and struggles of the disability community.

Stuff the Bus - donate school supplies to local youth by dropping materials off at the YMCA Train Depot on July 13th and 20th from 9-12.

We love being able to provide Lebanon County veterans a chance to connect and establish community with our Coffee & Camaraderie breakfasts! 🇺🇸

June is Men's Health Month 🧠✨Each year, 6 million men are affected by depression, but it often goes undiagnosed.

Men are more likely to report fatigue, irritability, and loss of interest in work or hobbies, rather than feelings of sadness. Social norms, reluctance to talk, and downplaying symptoms often prevent men from seeking the help they need.

So check on your friends, and let them know they matter. You never know what someone is going through, let’s break the stigma surrounding men’s mental health! 💙

Men's feelings matter. Men cry. Men have trauma. Men's voices deserve to be heard. Let's support men in prioritizing their mental health and raising awareness!
