Compeer provides comprehensive training, helps with selecting a friendship connection and offers ongoing support every step of the way. "If you care, you qualify!"

June is Men's Health Month π§ β¨Each year, 6 million men are affected by depression, but it often goes undiagnosed.
Men are more likely to report fatigue, irritability, and loss of interest in work or hobbies, rather than feelings of sadness. Social norms, reluctance to talk, and downplaying symptoms often prevent men from seeking the help they need.
So check on your friends, and let them know they matter. You never know what someone is going through, letβs break the stigma surrounding menβs mental health! π
Men's feelings matter. Men cry. Men have trauma. Men's voices deserve to be heard. Let's support men in prioritizing their mental health and raising awareness!
