Just Delivered this Angled Firebox Surround to a customer on Long Island yesterday.

Unit is made using 3/4" and 1/2" Cabinet grade Birch plywood and Solid Poplar material.

Side Columns have an Angled Flat panel that intersects with the Top Angled Top Panel.

Unit is 16" Deep by 56" Wide by 44-1/2" High and sits on an 8" High by 24" Wide by 64" Long Platform.

Unit has two coats of White primer applied to all Visible areas. Brown area is A/C plywood backer for tileboard.

Delivered this Custom Fireplace surround yesterday to customer. It was constructed from 3/4" cabinet grade plywood. The white areas have a Drywall Compound stucco applied and the dark areas have 1/2" thick reclaimed OAK applied. The OAK was lightly sanded to smooth out the surface, then a coat of Jacobean stain was applied followed by a coat of Satin Polyurethane for some protection from dirt.

Unit was made in four pieces for ease of moving. It is held together with a total of 12 screws.

Area where wafer board is seen will be finished by customer.

Unit is 51" wide by 16" deep by 65" high.

Just delivered these custom Beer Tap Handles to a local brewery / restaurant

Just finished making these two small Boxes from Spalted Tiger Maple I recently stumbled upon at a local wood supplier.

They are each 4-7/8" Long x 3-3/8" Wide x 3-1/4" High x 3/8" Thick material. They have a beautiful mix of Spalting and Tigger Striping which came out when I cut the Slab into Long Strips. One has Matching Material for the Corner Splines and the other has Walnut Corner Splines

They were sanded to 400 Grit, then finished with Four Coats of Semi Gloss Spray Lacquer from a Rattle Can.

Just returned from Delivering this Custom Fireplace Surround to my customer. It is made from 3/4" Birch Plywood and solid Poplar. There are two Rows of Crown Molding beneath the Top Panel, a Mid Band o Trim and a Double Bead Trim around the Opening.

There will be Green Marble Installed where the plywood shows around the opening.

It has been sanded and then two coats o Primer applied with sanding between coats. Customer will have their painter apply Finish paint.

Just finished this pair of Walnut Nightstands.

They are 30" High x 16" x Deep x 13" Wide.

They have a 8" high Drawer which is mounted on Soft close full extension slides. Drawer has a Oil Rubbed Bronze Cup pull.

Lower section has an adjustable shelf.

Unit sits on 4" High x 1-1/2" square Walnut legs.

Finish is three coats of Semi Gloss Polyurethane.

Mahogany and Maple box ready for shipment to customer.

Box is 9" Long x 4-1/2" High x 6-1/4" Deep. Top is 1/2" thick Maple. Finish is two coats of sprayed SATIN Lacquer.

Recently delivered this Walnut Countertop and Leg support unit. Installed and applied Finish.

Countertop is 1-1/2" thick x 54" wide x 56" deep. All edges have 1/4" radius to ease the edge.

Finish is a coat of "OLLIE's OIL"

Just delivered and set up this Solid Walnut Breakfast Table.

Table is 43" wide by 53" long. Top is 1-1/2" thick and sits on a Support frame and Solid Walnut Tapered Legs.

Finish is a coat of Hand Rubbed "OLLIE"s OIL"

Just finished this Custom Fireplace Surround for a customer in Katonah, NY (Westchester co). It is constructed from 3/4" Cabinet Grade Maple Plywood and solid 3/4" Poplar.

Dimensions are 48" High x 62-1/4" Wide x 14" deep at bottom and 20" deep at Top. It has two coats of Primer applied with sanding between each coat. I constructed the Pilaster, Corbels and Floor Tile trim in shop.

Just finished this Custom Fireplace Surround and floor Trim for Stone Mosaic Tiles. Unit is 48" Tall x 62"wide x 13-1/2" wide bottom and 20" wide at top. Unit is made from 3/4" Cabinet Grade Maple Plywood and solid Poplar. Pilasters. Corbels and Tile trim was made in shop. All visible areas were sanded, then two coats of Primer were applied (with sanding between each coat).

Just installed this Painted Banquette.

It was constructed from various thicknesses of Cabinet Grade Birch Plywood and Solid Poplar.

It is 84" wide x 70" Long x 34" High.

It has two coats of Primer and 2 coats of Finish paint (sanded between coats)

There is a 4' long pull out drawer under each side of the Banquette. Drawer is approximately 18" wide x 17" High and is constructed from 1/2" Cabinet Grade Birch Ply with three coats of Semi Gloss Poly as sealer.

I am currently making the Walnut Table for the center (Will post when completed.

Just finished this ZEBRA Wood Box with my first try at a Kumiko Asa-no-ha pattern insert in the Lid. There is a Blue Dyed Panel behind the pattern. Bottom of interior has a Blue Felt removable Liner. Box is 6-1/44" Square and 2-3/4" High. It is finished with two coats of hand rubbed Tung Oil

Box is made from Curly Maple, Legs are Black Dyed Poplar, Top section is black Dyed Maple with a Maple Top and a Black Dyed lift handle.

Unit is 10" long, 7" Wide and 6" high.

Finish is Four coats of Sprayed Gloss Lacquer.

Recently delivered this Walnut table to a local customer.

Dimensions are 36" wide x 64" Long x 30" High.

Made from Walnut and finished with four coats of hand rubbed Polyurethane

Table is able to be completely disassembled (for moving or storage) with a #2 square drive screwdriver.

Just delivered these Beer Tap Handles to a local restaurant / brewery chain.

They are made from white oak with four coats of finish. The Blue twisty one is a prototype.

All have a chrome Threaded Ferrule on the bottom

Delivered and assembled this OAK, 4 Poster, Queen Sized, Storage Bed yesterday to a customer near Buffalo NY.
Bed is constructed from 3/4" Cabinet Grade Maple Plywood with all visible parts made from 3/4" thick OAK Plywood or solid OAK.
There are six Storage Drawers on Each side as well as a Pullout Shelf near the Headboard.
Headboard is a custom design with a slight arc to the slats.
Posts are 84" high and consist of three parts. A Bottom Section, A removable 3' middle section and a 6" high Finial. Finial fits both the Bottom and middle sections.

Finish is four coats of tinted Black SemiGloss Polurethane

Walnut Entryway Bench just picked up by customer. Bench is 36" Long x 18" Deep x 18" High to top of seating area. Top of Frame is 4" above seating area to allow for gripping top frame for support while being seated or getting up.

Frame is made from 1-1/4" square Walnut with Back and Bottom support bracing made from 3/4" thick Walnut. All joints are glued and loose tenoned.

Seat is constructed from three piece of 1" Thick Curly Maple.

All touchable edges have a 3/16" Radius applied.

Finish is Three coats of Hand Rubbed and Sanded Tung OIL.

Bottom of legs have felt slide pads applied.

Latest Delivered project. Customer is in North Babylon NY

Created two (2) storage boxes for customer to store Deck Furniture cushions. Boxes are made from 1 x 6 and 1 x 4 White CEDAR, Tongue and Groove boards. Stained with CABOT "Red Cedar Semi-Solid Stain

Each box is 29" High x 29" Wide x 41" Long. Sides and Top are Panel and Frame construction with all attaching screws on the interior.

Bottom is made from 2" wide strips with a space between for air flow. Space are covered with a Fiberglass screen material to keep bugs out. Bottom has five 3" x 3" x 3/4" high CEDAR feet to allow for air flow inside box.

Cherry Night Stand made to customers requirements.

Overall Dimensions are 14" wide x 30" High x 23" Deep.
Compartment behind Door has an adjustable shelf. Door is hung on a pair of Soft Close, 110 degree opening European hinges. Drawer is mounted on soft close slides. Just below the Top is a Butler shelf which is opened / closed with a back mounted spring loaded unit.
Stained with General Finishes Mahogany with three coats of Semi-Gloss Poly Finish.

Door and Drawer pulls were provided by customer.

Night Stand sits on a 4" High Solid Cherry Platform. Platform legs are 1-3/4" Square and Rails have a slight Arch between each leg.

WALL Media Unit

Unit is made from 3/4" Cabinet Grade Birch Plywood. All visible edges were wrapped with 1-1/2" wide Poplar Banding.

Unit was finished with two coats of Primer and Two coats of Paint to match existing room trim. Entire unit was sanded between coats.

All shelves are adjustable on 1-1/4" increments and are fitted for each section. Shelf pins are adjustable for any slight discrepancy in hole location to eliminate shelf wobble.

Unit is 87" high x 15' Long with center section being 16" Deep and End sections being 12" deep.

Entire unit consists of Bottom section of five sections and Two Upper Bookcase end units. All sections were assembled on site

WALNUT DRESSER w OIL RUBBED BRONZE PULLS.

Dresser is constructed from 3/4" Cabinet Grade WALNUT Plywood with solid Walnut edge banding strips.

Dimensions are 48" wide x 18" Deep x 38" high (overall) with 4' Support legs.

Legs are attached to Cabinet with threaded bolts and Threaded Inserts for ease of removal for shipping. Felt slide pads were applied to bottom of legs for ease of moving unit.

Finish is Four coats of Water Based Semi Gloss Polyurethane. Finish was sanded after each coat and a pore filler was applied before coats 3 & 4.

Drawers are mounted on 1" overtravel, full extension slides. Pulls have an OIL RUBBED BRONZE Finish

Just delivered this Solid WALNUT Buffet to a customer in Philadelphia, PA this weekend.

Cabinet is 72" Long, 36" High and 18" Deep.

Interior of cabinet has one adjustable shelf in each section. Shelves are adjustable on 1-1/4" increments.

Each Drawer has approximately 4" storage depth (per customer request) and are mounted on 1" overtravel, soft close slides.

Doors are mounted on 170 degree opening, soft close, three way adjustable European style hinges.

Bottom 5" of Side Legs have been tapered on all sides.

All visible edges have a hand sanded slight radius.

Finish is three to four coats of SATIN Water Borne Polyurethane.

Customer will be install Door Pulls and Drawer K***s,

Custom EXTERIOR QUARTER SAWN White OAK Door made for a customer in DC. Door is made from Solid OAK and all joints are held together with a series of DOMINO fasteners and exterior glue. Glass Panel is 3/8" thick Laminated glass with a 1-1/8" Bevel on exterior Side. Finish is Four Coats of Satin Exterior Polyurethane (sanded between coats). Trim pieces are Custom Made to replicate the existing painted pieces. Customers contractor installed Door and Trim pieces.

Custom WALNUT Exterior Door made for a customer in DC. Door is made from solid 1-3/4" thick WALNUT. All joints are held together with a series of Domino fasteners and exterior glue. Glass panels are insulated with the interior side of each panel being etched. Walnut was stained with a light coating of MINWAX Special Dark stain to help even out the coloring. Finish is Four coats of Exterior Satin Polyurethane (sanded between coats).
Customer installed door and lockset.
