It’s all about balance

The craziest thing happened this week.

My son, who is visiting from LA, came to the Berkshires for a visit. We were out and about doing some errands, and we decided to grab a quick bite at one of our favorite spots—the organic crepe place in Lee, MA. The Starving Artist Creperie & Cafe

We were waiting in line to order, and I must have turned my head for a split second. Then I heard shrieking and saw my son hugging one of his best friends, Lauren.

Where did she come from??

She is hiking the Appalachian Trail (!!!) and happened to be in the area visiting for a quick hour to meet her cousins for lunch. She had moved the meeting a day earlier due to impending storms.

My son has not been in recent contact with Lauren because he just moved, and she is HIKING THE AT!!! They could not possibly have planned this meet-up.

The Universe had other plans.
On this day, in that restaurant in a tiny town not even close to where either of them lives, their worlds collided.

Maybe coincidences aren't always this grand, but if you take the time to tune in around you, maybe you will find the answers you seek, maybe you will find a much-needed smile, maybe you will find yourself ❤️.
