Gratitude is good medicine any time of year, but especially during the holiday season when we might be feeling stressed and overwhelmed. Help your brain focus on the good by being grateful, even if it’s for simple things like a friend, your lunch or the clouds in the sky. It doesn’t have to be Thanksgiving-level to count.

Our next community class is THIS SATURDAY! Tell your friends and family! We are offering two options: certification and friends/family. The class is the same, it just depends on if you need a certification card or not.
