More 🌧️ to come y'all. Check the sump pumps and make sure that they are running properly. You can manually lift the float on them to make it kick on. This one was replaced but the battery backup was not hooked up. Also they had the washing machine draining into the pit which is a "no go"! There is now a laundry room built upstairs which drains into the gray water line like it is supposed to.
