Motivation Monday! The Holidays are upon us. Add some activity into each day to help balance emotions and stress- allow 20-30 minutes to yourself. Stretch/yoga, brisk walking, working in the yard, youtube has great workouts fro 10 mins to 60 mins+.
Do what works for you- Head up, sit UP straight, shoulders down and back- this relieves tension in your back, helps you feel more alert and people show you more respect. Have a Great start to your week!

I am so grateful to all of you for continuing to trust me and allow me to be part of your Wellness Plan. I want to share tidbits of information as I come across it/read it with you to provide additional help towards your wellness goals.
