Who else is worried about their Millennial (aged 28 to 43 this year) struggling in the future. Who else says...how are they going to make it when they are my age?
Well for one thing...they will most likely inherit some $$ or some major $$ in the future from Parents or relatives. Which will make them the richest generation in history.
They are also said to be either the unluckiest generation or a group of lazy, frivolous spenders.
Also, called the "Sandwich Generation" - most likely to live paycheck to paycheck.
Others describe them as being unprepared to manage inherited wealth, as they are more focused on financial goals other than retirement.

So....all of this to say....They are observed to be wiser about the power inherent in wealth and use money to improve a world in which they feel privileged to inhabit.
So....maybe not worry as much Folks...just encourage them to Build Wealth and the quickest way to build wealth is to buy a home!!

*Don't apply for new credit
*Don't move your money without a paper trail
*Don't increase your debts or spend savings
*Don't skip a payment or make a late payment
*Don't change jobs if you can help it

2024 new conforming loan limits have increased to 766k for single family homes. Anything over that is considered a Jumbo loan. FHA new limits are at 498K. Have a great rest of your day!
