ALL HAILLLLL-EY, the newest blonde queen 👸🏼

and I got to transform the already gorgeous Hailey into an even lighter and brighter blonde yesterday.

She was previously an on the scalp bleach girly, but has since decided she’s going to change it up.

This Luxe blonde will last her at least 6 months with minimal upkeep and we can continue to let her hair get healthy and long.

If you followed along on my last post, we added some length throughout the sides to match her already gorgeous length, and sprinkled some volume into the back to really fill in the fullness exactly where she needed it! If you didn’t see the process, I definitely recommend checking it out!

Isn’t it amazing how strategically placing extensions can give the illusion of your hair being so much longer?!

Y’all can I just say, the fact that I get to create beautiful hair like this on beautiful women STILL makes me emotional, even after 12 years.

Every day I get to laugh with you, I get to cry with you, I get to see you, I mean really see you! We go through stages of life together that are so hard, so beautiful, and so transformative. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of that, I am so grateful 💕

These past three years of being an independent stylist and business owner has given me the opportunity to connect even deeper with you and it has truly changed me and my life forever.

The amount of excitement and gratitude I feel being able to have Alexa join us is surreal, y’all!

Excited to be able to provide a fun place to work, to have her help so I can take a minute to myself to sit, to actually eat something during my workday, to be able to p*e (anyone who works behind the chair gets it!), and the list goes on!

Grateful to have someone like Alexa who is kind, so helpful, hard working, professional with all of our guests, and most importantly, eager to learn! With growth comes amazing things, and being able to have Alexa join us is one example of that!

Alexa is currently going into her senior year. Her favorite color is…you guessed it, PINK 💕 Her favorite band is Lord Huron. For fun, she likes to play tennis and bake! She’s literally the sweetest and I can’t wait for all of you to meet her in person! She will be assisting with greeting guests, enhancing your shampoo experience & other studio things!
