Morning Ladies! I feel as women we are very skilled at taking care of others but neglect ourselves. We need to do a better job of treating ourselves better & really promoting self love! 😍 I want you ladies to do ONE special thing for yourself this weekend!! It could just be as simple as grabbing a coffee away from the house, alone for 15mins. Do something for YOU!!! 🥰(I will be taking a hike in the woods and looking for signs of Spring!) ☀️💐

Morning Ladies! ☀️ I think we have all experienced jealously or bitterness from a woman who is our co-worker, friend, mentor or even somebody in our own family. Even though it is hard not to take it personally; we have to remember that the feelings they are portraying are usually coming from a conflict within themselves.
