Its rare but I was able to find & buy 4lbs of fresh, local Elderberries! I turned them into this beautiful Elderberry Syrup, using organic ginger root, organic Cinnamon and local honey.

1-2tsp a day is all you need to boost your immunity.

Pvt Becker’s final jump occurred just after midnight this morning and graduation just before noon! She is now a Parachute MP with the US Army.

Amber and Millie stayed an extra night with her because of the graduation delay and won’t be back in NOVA until late Saturday.

Eric WILL be from 11-1pm as always with ice pops and frozen soups! Amber WILL NOT be at Leesburg or Cascades Farmers Markets this weekend.

We will be back at all markets next weekend and I’ve have some cool army stuff to show the kids!
