There is very little required to become a Coach or Volunteer: Volunteer Form, Background Check, and a front/back copy of your Drivers License!!



*The original form would need to be provided. Your association cannot accept a scanned/emailed back, they MUST have the original, signed and dated.
NO personnel will be allowed on the field without the above completed.

Our Peewee girls at Regional Competition! These girls are our biggest team and showed out this season!! They might not have placed but they showed all they had out there! Some will be on our Varisty squad next season but they’ll always be a part of the peewee memories 🖤🩶

Coach Lin and her staff did an amazing job guiding these young ladies on and off of the mat. LAFA is so proud for you all to be apart of this organization! 🎀🏆

These MIGHTY mites showed their talent, hitting ZERO at their competition this past weekend.

We admire their focus and determination they showed this season.

Coach Ashley and her staff lead their girls by example all the way to the last show!! LAFA appreciates all you’ve all taught these young ladies this season!!

Our Varsity girls left it all on the mat!! We cannot be prouder of the grit and determination these young ladies showed. Some will be moving on to Highschool but they’ll always be Raiders at heart! 🖤🏆🩶

To the Varsity coaching staff, we cannot express our gratitude for the guidance and support y’all showed this group of young scholars.

I’ve just learned that cheerleaders from Bishop Verot High School will also perform in tomorrow’s Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Look for them during the “Spirit of America” performance!

📣The Lady Raiders had a great time at Regionals and left it all on the mat! Our Mighty Mites hit zero and all teams put on great performances! Unfortunately, they did not move on to nationals.

Their hard work and determination did not go unnoticed. We are so proud of all of you!! 🎀

🖤🩶HUGE THANK YOU to our Cheer Coordinator Brandy Sallee!! She has dedicated endless hours guiding her coaches and managing all of the background details that go into such an event!! Brandy, your time and effort is so appreciated to make this program what it is! This was Brandys first full season as ACDC and we here at LAFA couldn’t do it without her!! Thank you Coach Brandy!! 🖤🩶
