Achenbachs front signage area is going to look a bit strange for a while. This is what it looks like when a drunk driver veers off the road at a high enough speed to hit our signage, airborne across the entrance and hit the tree head on. Btw, the driver left their car and fled the scene. Thanking God that no one got hurt.

Our hearts are hurting for the Martin Family and employees as they try to make sense of the fire today. But we are also encouraged by the first responders who worked tirelessly to keep everyone safe as they battled the burning building. They are volunteer and give of themselves without hesitation.
We realize that we live in a community of amazing people as we read, hear, and see how everyone came together to show support. Achenbachs wanted to do their part as well by delivering Long John's and muffins to the Lincoln crew for the continued support of aftermath cleanup. Passing by the burn site just broke my heart and brought me to tears.
