Another lovely cake I had the pleasure to make. It’s a similar design to the Caramel Cake because I feel this type of cake is simple yet beautiful. This is a Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake 🍫 🥜 🧈 🍰 and it is Gluten Free 🌾, Dairy Free 🥛, and Egg Free 🥚!

I had the honor of making a gluten free/dairy free chocolate ganache and berry cake!

Neshaminy colored cake pops for Orchestra’s senior recognition night! ❤️💙

Mini gluten free mermaid cupcakes!🧜‍♀️(So cute!)

I also had the pleasure of catering a recital - we had vegan southwestern potato salad, a flavorful chicken salad that was paired with croissants so sandwiches could be made, and an exotic fruit salad! The fun didn’t end there though… I got to bring a DIY cupcake stand to life! Of course there had to be cookies too… Overall, there were so many different dietary options so everone felt included. As it always should be.

It’s time to celebrate Cinco De Mayo! This delight boasts a spongy tequila lime cupcake topped with a classic margarita buttercream icing. What puts this over the top is my own special lime salt garnish. Say hola to Margarita cupcake! 🧁

Happiest of birthdays to one of the strongest gals I know! Julia and I are both POTS warriors that aspire to be bio medical engineers! We both have worked extremely hard to get where we are today and I was so very honored to be able to make her birthday treats! This is why I started this business. If you have a debilitating illness or any food allergies then you’ll know how hard it is to eat certain foods without getting sick. You’ll sometimes feel left out because you can’t eat what others can or you can’t enjoy a simple dessert. Thank you to Julia and her wonderful family for including me in your birthday and making me feel right at home! Julia you’re going to do amazing things in this world and I can’t wait to see it! 💗💗💗
