Town of Lewiston Dog Control Office
Effective January 1, 2011, each municipality in NYS was made responsible for all aspects of dog licensing.
The Town of Lewiston was thus required to pass a new town law entitled "Dog Control". This law clarifies the duties of the Town Clerk with respect to dogs. We encourage all dog owners to license their dogs and to have a current rabies vaccination. Please contact the Town DCO or the Town Clerk to obtain current licensing fees.

GAR Associates LLC is assisting the Towns of Lewiston and Porter with the Reassessment Update Project
The photo collection portion of the project will start Thursday, June 20th. There will be a gray Toyota Rav-4, with Georgia plates, taking the photos. This vehicle will have a roof mounted camera to help in capturing photos.

****Park Closed For Tick Spraying****
The Lewiston Dogpark will be sprayed for ticks on Thursday May 23rd.
Park will be closed Thurs and Friday.
Feel free to return to the park Saturday or when you feel comfortable bringing your dog back after the treatment.
