"Hands Down" Diamond Dolls Concierge is the best Recovery home in Dallas, TX. I can't say enough about how professional, responsive, transparent, and pleasant, Chelsia (Owner) and her whole team were to me. I was in Dallas for seven days and was well taken care of before and after my surgery. I usually do not write reviews, but when I received the type of service from Chelsia and her Diamond Dolls Staff, I had to shout her and the company out! First, I contacted Diamond Dolls Concierge and received a response less than an hour later. After I spoke to Chelsia, I felt comfortable and booked her services about a week later. Before I arrived in Dallas, Chelsia kept in touch to ensure I was doing everything right to prepare for the big day. When I arrived in Dallas, Chelsia greeted me, picked me up in the sweates Porsche (True Luxury Service), and put me in a hotel; the next day, she took me to my pre-op appointment and then to surgery the following day.

After surgery, Chelsia and her team took great care of me. She picked up my medication, took me to and from post-op, helped me in/out of the shower, always kept my faja and the linen clean Nurse Barbara made sure I took my medication on time, Chelsia provided three-course meals every day, made sure I was hydrated, and her nurse Barbara was amazing, the motherly love everyone needs. As well as Nurse Trina provided lymphatic messages to help me along. In addition, she provided me with a Diamond Dolls "swag bag" with all types of goodies (rob, drinking cup, hair scarves, etc...) The list goes on. If you're considering having surgery in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, please book with Diamond Dolls Concierge; you won't be disappointed. I am so happy I made that choice, and she is worth every penny. Not only was I glad I made this choice my husband was too; she was in touch with him every step after surgery, which I appreciated so much. I am almost one-month post-op and am pleased and excited about my results (Thanks, Dr. Mehio)! There aren't enough words I can say about Chelsia and how grateful I am to have had her and her team take care of me at my most vulnerable time after surgery. Diamond Dolls Concierge provided exceptional service from begging to end! So, this message is for anyone who is considering using a recovery home. Please book with Diamond Dolls Concierge.
