Second official half marathon in the books! Official chip time was 1:43 😎

I started a running program this past year through - mainly because having little kids at home proved difficult to get to the gym - so I figured it was easier just to go for a run…. And I fell in love with the process.

Through training I learned the true value of “easy runs” and deload weeks, they’re necessary to stay healthy and perform at your best.

I love the challenge of having something to train for, so next December I have my sights set on the BMW Dallas Full Marathon . Until then, I’m going to enjoy CrossFit more but still run on the side.

Happy Halloween from the CC crew! Hope everyone is enjoying the beginning of this holiday season.

We have bittersweet news to share - Dr. Meeting’s family is growing, he’s about to be a father of 3! That being said, he will be taking a job close to home in order to better take care of his family.

So this is his last week here at CC. If you get the chance, stop in and show him some love for this next chapter of life. He will definitely be missed!
