Accountability is about becoming aware of the situation, owning the problem, finding solutions, and making things happen. It is being honest with yourself so you can take the next step to become better or get better results.

A Mentor is an experienced and trusted adviser.
Mentors can be a role model, teacher, counselor, advisor, sponsor, advocate and ally. I have found my Mentors in books, podcast, and other ways. We do not have to know them personally or have them in front of us for them to be a mentor to us. It does help to have them in person if possible, due to they can become an accountability partner that will help keep you motivated and acquire great self-discipline.

"Experience is knowledge gained by repeated trials." Experience is the best teacher. Experience is worth every penny you have to spend to get the results you need. You want average results, pay average prices, hire average people. You want great results, you must be willing to pay for great results, and hire the people that have greater experience. To get the best answers or results you must find the right people. You find the ones that have more experience in the matter. Those will be the one's that specialize in what you need help in. If you are not willing to find or pay for the right experience you will have to live with the results you are getting.

Most of all, NEVER be afraid to ask for help! You cannot and will not get what you need by keeping silent or making no effort to step forward.
