Being a good example in helping others in your family is really important because it teaches everyone to be kind and caring, and it's something that can keep going in the family for a long time. How do you plan to help others during this thankful season?

Our oldest, Madeline, turns 25 today! We are blessed to have such a loving, caring strong woman in our lives. She makes us giggle and definitely brightens a room when she enters. There’s no way you can have a bad day when she’s around- love you, baby-girl! 💗💗

These facts may seem simple to most, however, I often get tired of explaining that ADHD does not mean that a person who has it is lazy ~ 😌

Life is hard; especially lately. It’s okay to not be okay, and you need to put your mental health first. It’s World Mental Day today, Oct. 10th, so take the time for yourself. 💗

ADHD Awareness is important to me and my family because it was my, “Why,” for writing “Musical Soul Mates.” Music helps our daughter with her learning, and there are many more ways to learn how to assist others w/ ADHD. Learning never stops, we have a whole month ~ 💗💗
