Great first day of “Old Club” Long Drive competition. Now we understand some people might go and hit and not know about the challenge so don’t stress if you see this 311 or 294. While those are epic drives we need the picture or video and for you to tag us in the post to be entered (Athens Golf Center) That also helps us reach out to you so we can give you the range card for a FREE XL Bucket of balls!

Athens Golf Center is looking for a maintenance/range employee. Part-time, mostly mornings. Mowing, picking and some interaction with customers. DM if you or someone you know is interested.

Our summer golf camp students put together a team to play in the Gilbert Bunnell Foundation Interclub. This past Wednesday Oliver (2nd from the left) won his division and Sam (first on the right) won the longest putt competition. Excited to see how they do the rest of the summer, and thrilled to be able to cheer on team Athens! A big thanks to UK Baseball player Alex who came out to coach and help caddy for the group as they played Picadome on Thursday.

Our Water Week was an epic success! Our 9 Lexington Police Athletics/Activities League students in the morning and 8 Jr Golfers in the afternoon made friends, memories, and improved their golf skills. Thanks to all the parents who signed them up and to our sponsors Athens Lunchroom Toptracer Custom LogoWare Mathis Flooring for helping us get the free shirts. Also a big thanks to DSE Golf Club Gilbert Bunnell Foundation and Red Rooster Golf for making the morning class FREE due to their generous donations.
