My colleague, director of Kentucky Repertory Dance Theatre, and resident professional nutritionist Nancy Durall, will be giving a talk at the studio Saturday 8/24 at noon about all things relating to healthy diets! Her discussion will specifically address what dancers need to keep their bodies healthy and strong. She is offering this as a free class and it is open to anyone (dancers, athletes, parents...) Bring your questions and learn how to nourish your bodies💜

With several of my Tuesday night dancers coming from outside of Lexington I feel it's safer to wait one more day to resume classes.
Stay warm and safe. When I see the snow cleared from the hill outside my house, we'll dance again! 🙂🤸‍♀️💜
